Memoryhouse

The Kids Were Wrong

Not sure why, but I love this track.  It’s not especially different from other music coming out these days, but I can’t seem to stop playing it.  Good job Memoryhouse.

Looking forward to their show here in L.A. in March.

She Arrives

For months and months the only instrument I’ve been able to play is my guitar.  Guitars are great, and I’ve probably gotten a lot better, but I’ve missed my piano.  Well, I finally got to see her again last night when she arrived, all the way from Springfield.  It was like my own little Christmas.  You know those packages where your Grandma ties the ribbons a little too tight, and you can’t get it open for a few minutes?  That’s how it was with the piano box.  I knew we had packed it well, but I had forgotten just how well.  I’ve been playing around with it today, and am having to re-learn some of the functions, as it has been about five months.  I’ll have her back up and running smooth in a few days though.  In other news, I’m working on a short EP, and possibly a couple of singles to record/release early this summer.  So stay tuned for that, as I wouldn’t want any of you to miss out.  Oh, and I thought this video was funny.  Sorry if you’re offended by the title. Thanks for reading.
