One Land to Another
I moved again today.  That is the 3rd move for me in 6 months.  I almost feel like I should never unpack things, and just live out of brown boxes.  Which might not be a bad idea.  I plan on staying at my new apartment for a while though, and I’m really looking forward to living there.  I know Beverly Hills sounds great, and for the 4 months that I was there it was.  However, being...

Lost in the Woods →
creaturekrista: In my Art & Experiance class we were assigned to take a photograph which held meaning. This photograph I took of myself,by using the self-timer setting, is titled Lost in the Woods. The indivdual sitting in the chair represents the death of the physical self. I incorporate the idea of death by…

She Arrives
For months and months the only instrument I’ve been able to play is my guitar.  Guitars are great, and I’ve probably gotten a lot better, but I’ve missed my piano.  Well, I finally got to see her again last night when she arrived, all the way from Springfield.  It was like my own little Christmas.  You know those packages where your Grandma ties the ribbons a little too tight, and you can’t...

Dusting Away The Cobwebs
Dear blog, I am sorry for abandoning you for all these weeks.  I know you have missed me.  I have been away conquering the evils of this dark and hounding world, and in doing so have forgot you.  Leaving you shivering… all alone.  Please take these words of mine as an offering, payment for the neglect.  Unfortunately, I won’t be promising you anything for the future.  No quotas for...

It's Almost Christm..err...Thankgiving
It finally feels like it should be Thanksgiving.  This morning, I awoke to the smell of fresh bread, and cookies.  Nathaniel was making a bunch of different items for our Thanksgiving dinner that we are going to have at Teen Challenge tomorrow evening.  Before this morning however, it really didn’t feel like Thanksgiving to me at all.  I’m not sure if it was the Christmas decorations...
